Craigslist Car Finds - April 19th, 2024

Joshua here,

What kind of cars are you hoping to see in future emails? Let me know by replying to this email and you might just see them soon!

Now, let’s get into it!⚡

OVER THEIR HEADS

1987 Porsche 944

~46,000 miles, manual, rwd, 4-cylinder, pop-up headlights

$5,000 / Alvin, TX

Current owners got in over their heads with this project. A lot of work has already been done. Just needs a bit more to get it where it needs to be.

BROWN ROCCO

1980 Volkswagen Scirocco MK1

~235,000 miles, manual, fwd, 4-cylinder

$3,000 / St. Cloud, MN

I didn’t realize until I was flipping through the pictures this Scirocco doesn’t currently have an engine in it. One is included with the sale, however, something bigger would be more fun.

DANGER?

1989 Chevrolet Corvette Cart

~115,000 miles, automatic, rwd, 8-cylinder

$7,000 / Colfax, NC

I want to know, would you drive this? Knowing someone else built it and the quality can’t be guaranteed. Let me know by replying to this e-mail. I’d love to know.

DASHING DAILY

1989 Toyota Camry Lumiere

~70,000 miles, automatic, fwd, 4-cylinder, turbo, diesel, rhd

$7,300 / Spencerport, NY

One of these days I will have an obscure Japanese daily. This turbo-diesel Camry would be an excellent candidate for that role.

SLIGHTLY BUILT REX

2006 Subaru WRX TR

~198,000 miles, manual, awd, 4-cylinder, turbo

$8,500 / Cape May Court House, NJ

Currently has an engine from a 2013 WRX that has a decent amount of work done to it. This engine only has 35k miles on it and should be a lot of fun your a long time to come.

➡️ If you buy a car listed in Good Deal Garage & email us a picture of yourself with the car, we’ll feature you in the newsletter PLUS send you something special in return!

CANADIAN OOPS

1995 Mazda 323 S

~92,000 miles, automatic, fwd, 4-cylinder

$6,500 / Abbotsford, Canada

The stock 87 horsepower and 3-speed automatic probably don’t make this a very exciting car to drive. I love the look of this car and would drive it with 2-3x the horsepower and a manual transmission. I also just realized it is ever so slightly… in Canada. So if you want this one, you’ll have to import it.
